How much do
you charge for your services?

We charge
$90.00 per hour for our services, with a minimum fee of
10 minutes. For the next several weeks we are
having a special rate that is discounted to $65.00 per
hour! Beyond the minimum 10 minute fee, we
will bill you per minute, as long as you wish to have us
continue to help you. You may end you call at
anytime.

We support all major brands of computers and
workstations including: Alienware, Acer, AST, Asus,

Toshiba, Maxtor, Sony, Zenith and many others.

Systems: We support all releases of operating
system by Microsoft including: Windows NT 4.0,
Windows 2000 family (including Professional, Server,
Advanced Server, Datacenter Server); Windows XP family
(including Home Edition, Professional, 64-bit Edition,
Media Center Edition , Starter Edition, Professional x64
Edition); Windows Server 2003 family (including Small
Business Server, Web Edition, Standard Edition,
Enterprise Edition, Datacenter Edition, Storage Server,
Windows Home Server); Windows Vista family (including
Starter, Home Basic, Home Basic N, Home Premium,
Business, Business N, Enterprise, Ultimate). We also
support older releases of the Windows 9x line (including
Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 98 SE & Windows Me)

We support major releases of most popular software
applications and packages. While we do not
necessarily provide training for software applications,
we can assist you with normal operating issues.
